These pages provide information and links to help you get to and from UWA as a staff member, student or visitor as easily as possible.

Public Transport                                               

Staff and students may complain about it, but the simple fact is that public transport to UWA is pretty good.  Good enough for the approximately 35% of UWA students and 10% of staff that use it every day to get here at least.

Cycling     

If you own a bike and know how to ride it, and don’t live too far away, then you should seriously consider riding to UWA at least some of the time.  Parking is free, you get fit, and it is the ultimate rebuke to rising fuel prices.

Events

UWA holds a number of events throughout the year to encourage sustainable transport to UWA.  These include:

• UWA Bike Breakfast (In March during Bike Week)

• UWA Bicycle User Group (BUG) events – such as BBQ’s and seminars
